We contracted Sam homes to build our deck. They did a fantastic job. They were quick to respond, finished in time for my 4th July BBq. They came back after a couple of weeks to ask me if there are any issues, they made minor adjustments on their own.
They helped with the documentation, made a proposal that I submitted to my HOA. The documentation was good and my HOA approved in a matter of minutes. The entire process was very quick and seamless.
We did not encounter any issues during the build and they were very flexible for scheduling time.
I would definitely recommend them to all the people out there trying to do home improvement projects.
